CA Surinder Mahajan, Partner (B.Com, FCA, Certified AI)
He is the senior most partner of the Firm with over Forty five years of professional experience in providing service to clients in various fields. His area of work includes Income Tax Litigation; Strategizing, Structuring and Advisory in Survey, Search and Seizure cases; Tax Opinions, Structuring Strategic investments; etc. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1980 and has been in practice since then.

CA Sudhir Gupta, Partner (B.Com, FCA, DISA, Certified Concurrent Audit course)
He is a fellow member of the ICAI with over thirty nine years of professional experience in providing service to the clients of the firm in various sectors such as manufacturing, service industries, hotels, banks, schools, trusts, etc.

CA Rajeev Kumar, Partner (B.Com, FCA)

CA Samir Mahajan, Partner (B.Com, FCA, LLB, FAFD)
He is a member of the ICAI and LLB with over nineteen years of professional experience. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked with Infosys Technologies Limited, Bangalore and Price waterhouse Coopers Pvt Limited, New Delhi. Samir Mahajan has extensive experience in advising large Indian and MNC clients on various matters including International Tax, transfer pricing, cross border tax structuring and domestic taxes. He also heads the forensic audit practice of the firm.
